1151 Smart Differential Pressure Transmitter

A pressure sensor process shall consider the following:

1 , to prevent contact with the transmitter and the corrosive medium or hot;

2, to prevent garbage deposited in the conduit;

3, when measuring the liquid pressure, the pressure taps should be opened in the process side of the line, in order to avoid precipitate product bagasse;

4 , the measurement of gas pressure, the pressure taps should be opened at the top of the flow line, and the transmitter should be installed in the upper flow of the pipeline, so that the accumulation of liquid flow easily injected the pipeline;

5 , the guide pressure pipe should be installed in a small temperature fluctuations place;

6, steam or other high temperature measuring media, must be connected to add buffer tube (coil), and other condensers, should not exceed the limit temperature transmitter;

7, when the winter frost occurs, the transmitter is installed outdoors freezing measures must be taken to prevent the liquid inside the mouth due to the impulse ice volume expansion, leading to the sensor is damaged;

8, when measuring the liquid pressure, the position of the transmitter should be installed to avoid the impact of the liquid (water hammer phenomenon), so as not to damage the sensor overvoltage;

9, the wiring, the cables through the waterproof connector (accessory) or about the nature pipe and tighten the nut tightly sealed to prevent rainwater seepage into the inner transmitter housing through cable.
